In 2017, we began our first nearshoring project. The following year, we invested in and actively managed MC CONFECCIONES PY, currently the largest exporter of women’s, men’s, and children’s fashion in woven fabric from Paraguay to major retail chains in Brazil.

We developed our first Business Park characterized by complete infrastructure and sustainable construction in the city of Jundiaí, in the interior of São Paulo state – the heart of the Brazilian economy. With a built-up area of 26,000 m², EcoPrime Jundiaí has become a market reference, allowing local and international companies to rent industrial, logistics, and administrative areas, maintaining an occupancy rate above 90%.
In 2018, the partnership between NB Capital and Movimoda International resulted in the creation of Movimoda Latam, aimed at introducing a new perspective on quality management and integrated logistics in the fashion sector.
Movimoda Latam positions itself to better serve clients in the region and strengthen its global presence, offering personalized and high-quality services. Including providing quality control solutions in Asia (China, Bangladesh, India, among others), with support from the LATAM team.
